Vegan pizza

1.5 cups warm water

2 tbsp. active yeast

2.5 cups flour

1 tbsp. salt

1tsp. cinamonn

1 tsp olive oil

1 cup Vegan/dairy free cheese

1 medium sliced red onion

4 sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup sweetcorn

200g paresly

1/4 diced red bell pepper

1/4 diced yellow bell pepper

1 tsp black pepper

1 scotch bonnet pepper chopped

400g chopped tomatoes

Making Vegan pizza dough

To a large bowl add, 1.5 cups warm water, 2 tbsp. active yeast, 2.5 cups flour, 1 tbsp. salt 1 tsp sugar,  1tsp. cinamonn, 1 tsp olive oil and mix  together and knead into a dough cover with more flour and it sit for 30 minutes.

Add some flour to the surface and roll out dough into a circular shape and brush with 1 tsp. olive oil. fold over crust for thickness and poke holes for air. Then set aside.

Topping

Cover your pizza crust with chopped tomatoes leaving edges empty.

Then cover your pizza with diary free/vegan cheese

Then add your toppings, 1 medium sliced red onion, 4 sliced mushrooms, 1/2 cup sweetcorn 200g paresly, 1/4 diced red bell pepper, 1/4 diced yellow bell pepper, 1 tsp black pepper.

Add into your oven for 20  minutes on 180 degrees.

cool down and serve.
