ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
Welcome to Original Flava Kidz – a hands-on Caribbean cooking experience where kids lead, parents support, and culture comes alive.
This workshop is about more than just food. It’s about:
- Building confidence in children
- Creating meaningful parent–child bonding time
- Connecting the next generation to Caribbean culture through cooking
Children take the lead in the kitchen, learning real skills, real recipes, and real pride in what they create.
WHAT KIDS WILL COOK (SUNDAY DINNER SPECIAL)
- Caribbean Roast Chicken

- Fresh mixed salad
Kids will prepare, season, cook, and plate their dishes with guidance from professional chefs and support from their parents.

MEET YOUR CHEFS – CRAIG & SHAUN McANUFF
This workshop will be led by Craig and Shaun McAnuff, founders of Original Flava.
Craig and Shaun are award-winning Caribbean chefs, bestselling cookbook authors, restaurant owners, and fathers who are passionate about passing culture to the next generation.
They grew up learning to cook Caribbean food at home with family and now use food as a way to teach confidence, discipline, creativity, and cultural pride.
