For years, we’ve been asked the same question
How do you recreate that real yard flavour at home?

Caribbean cooking isn’t just about ingredients. It’s technique, depth, and that proper finish you usually only get from the grill or the pot. There’s no shortcuts to it.

But we started thinking… what if there was?

What if you could build something that actually understands Caribbean food and delivers that flavour consistently at home?

So we did.

Introducing the Original Flava Jerk Air Fryer.

Designed with real dishes in mind, not generic presets. Jerk chicken with proper depth, perfectly fried plantain, crispy saltfish fritters, and rich finishes for oxtail and brown stew chicken.

At the centre of it is what we called Jerk Pan Mode. Built to hold marinade, lock in flavour, and stop your food drying out. No guesswork. Just proper flavour every time.

The more we explored it, the more it made sense. There are air fryers for everything, but nothing built for our food.

We mocked it up. Designed it. Even got close to launching it.
