These brownies are absolutely delicious and Caribbean, made with definite chocolate plain dark chocolate bars bringing out the unique NATURAL FLAVA, and chocolatey fudge texture!. - 300g Definite Cocoa bar
- 34g cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. Expresso powder
- 2 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 134g Brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. Sea salt
- 6 eggs whisked
- 150g all purpose flour
- 100g cocoa powder
Firstly chop your chocolate bar into small pieces then place into a mixing bowl, then add cocoa and expresso powder then set aside.
In a medium sauce pan add unsalted butter and cook until a smooth liquid for 5 minutes. Then immediately pour onto the chocolate mixture then which until smooth.
n a separate mixing bowl add sugar, vanilla extract, salt, then in a separate bowl crack 6 eggs and whisk into the sugar mixture individually. Continue to whisk then add the cocoa mixture while still whisking.
Now sieve in 1 cup of plain flour and cocoa powder then mix and fold.
Pour mixture into a grease proof baking tray. Then place in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes on 180 degrees. Take out of the oven then give it a shake. Then place back in oven for 25 more minutes.
Cool down for 10 minutes
