Ingredients (Serves 2)
250g frozen pineapple
400ml light coconut milk
150g 0% Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Juice of ½ lime
Ice cubes
Method
Add the frozen pineapple, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, lime juice and ice to a blender.
Blend until thick, smooth and creamy.
Pour into chilled glasses.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and toasted coconut, if desired.
