Mango & Banana Coconut Smoothie

(With Optional Rum)

A refreshing tropical smoothie made with ripe mango, banana and creamy coconut milk. Perfect for warm days, brunch, or a relaxed evening drink with a splash of rum.

Serves: Up to 4


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced

  • ½ tin coconut milk

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • White rum (optional)


Method

  1. Add the ice to a blender.

  2. Add the chopped mango and banana.

  3. Pour in the coconut milk.

  4. Add the honey and squeeze in the lime juice.

  5. Add a shot of white rum, if using.

  6. Blend until smooth and creamy.
