Mango & Banana Coconut Smoothie
(With Optional Rum)
A refreshing tropical smoothie made with ripe mango, banana and creamy coconut milk. Perfect for warm days, brunch, or a relaxed evening drink with a splash of rum.
Serves: Up to 4
Ingredients

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 ripe banana, sliced

½ tin coconut milk

1 cup ice
-
1 tbsp honey (or to taste)

Juice of ½ lime

White rum (optional)
Method

Add the ice to a blender.

Add the chopped mango and banana.

Pour in the coconut milk.

Add the honey and squeeze in the lime juice.

Add a shot of white rum, if using.

Blend until smooth and creamy.
