Our FLAVA fried chicken with a coconut taste! You’ll love the tenderness of this chicken along with the variety of spices, you’ll never taste fried chicken like this again!

Firstly season your chicken with salt, pepper, thyme, chilli, and all purpose seasoning Then add eggs (optional), coconut milk and mix together! Add some salt, pepper, curry powder, chilli and thyme to your flour and mix! Add chicken to the flour, and cover all over. Add some vegetable oil with a scotch bonnet, to your frying pan on a high heat, then add the chicken to the pan, then turn down to a medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown on each side. Add to a pre-heated oven, and cook for aboutt 15 minutes until fully cooked.

  • 900g Chicken legs and thighs
  • 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp all-purpose seasoning
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 2 whisked eggs (optional)
  • 2 tsp. chilli
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 200g plain flour
  • Vegetable oil (shallow fry)
  • 1 scotch bonnet
