The perfect one pot dish to fill every craving! The combination is a match made in heaven, It’s creamy, rich and full of flava!

Serves 4

1kg salmon
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
Olive oil
Vegetable oil

Macaroni Cheese
2 tbsp butter
400ml coconut milk or Double cream
1 tsp paprika
150ml milk of your choice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
100ml condensed milk (optional)
500g Macaroni
750g Grated cheese ( 4 cheeses, cheddar, mozarrella,Double Gloucester and Red Leicester)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder

1.Season your salmon with salt, black pepper, paprika & olive oil

2.In a frying pan add vegetable oil on a high heat, add salmon skin down and cook for 3-4 mins on each side remove and place on paper towel

3.In a saucepan add 1 tbsp butter coconut milk , paprika, milk, 300g of grated cheese, salt and pepper, and whisk until smooth. Add some condensed milk for that extra thickness and creamy ness. And then chilli & garlic powder whisky again until smooth,

4.Now boil your macaroni, in salted water for 10 minutes or until cooked.

5. Then drain and add some butter, stir and add  grated cheese then the cheese sauce and stir.

5.Add creamy pasta to a oven tray followed by your grated cheese. (we are using 3 different types of cheese here for that unique flava)

6.Halve your delicious salmon, then place on top of your tray , make sure you sink the salmon right in.

7.Add more cheese on top then place into oven for 25 mins until golden…

Then plate up and enjoy
