Original Flava Kidz presents our Parent & Child Caribbean Cooking Class — a relaxed, hands-on experience where parents and children cook together, learn new skills, and explore Caribbean flavours.
Hosted by Original Flava founders Craig McAnuff and Shaun McAnuff, this class is all about bringing families together through food.
Food has always been at the heart of Caribbean culture, and this is a chance to pass that on to the next generation.

The Experience
During the session, parents and children will work side by side to:
- Learn simple cooking techniques
- Build confidence in the kitchen
- Cook a dish from scratch
At the end, you’ll sit down and enjoy what you’ve made together.
This isn’t just a cooking class. It’s about spending quality time together and creating memories through food.
