This isn’t Just any Chicken Caesar salad , This is a Chicken Caesar salad with FLAVA Hardo bread croutons, Parmesan cheese. Garlic Scotch bonnet dressing. And seasoned chicken. episode 3 of our salad series. Bringing you healthy recipes to make you eat good feel good 💪🏾

  • Wholemeal Hardo’ Bread (cut in bitesize pieces)
  • 2 Large chicken breasts (Butterfly)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  •  1tbsp. All purpose
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme.

Dressing

  • 4 tbsp. full fat yogurt
  • 5 anchovies
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ scotch bonnet (de-seeded)
  • 1 whole garlic roasted.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Romaine lettuce
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Dried chillies for garnish
  1. Cut up bread into bite sized pieces and season with salt pepper, dried thyme and olive oil then add to baking tray and cook for 20 minutes on 200 degrees.
  2. Butterfly your chicken breast and season with salt pepper, all-purpose garlic powder paprika and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. To make the dressing blend together yogurt, anchovies, olive oil, lemon, roasted garlic, scotch bonnet, lemon juice anchovies salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a frying pan add olive oil on a high heat then place your seasoned chicken away from you on the pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side until cooked. Slice chicken then set aside.
  5. Assemble salad by chopping up 2 romaine lettuce then adding to a bowl with croutons, chicken breasts and dressings. Toss well then Top with parmesan cheese and enjoy.
