Quick and easy Jerk chicken stir fry is a great meal for work lunches or snack, very healthy and full of Jamaican jerk flavour! with a chinese twist!
300g Chicken breast
400g Stir fry vegetable mix
1 tsp. Jerk seasoning
2 tbsp Jerk paste
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil/coconut oil/ rapeseed oil.
Season your chicken breast with Jerk seasoning and Jerk paste and let it sit for a few hours or overnight for maximum taste.
Grill your chicken breast for 10 minutes on each side until golden brown and chop into small cubes. and set aside.
Use a frying pan on medium heat and add 1 tbsp. Rapeseed oil/coconut oil/ olive oil and add stir fry veg and cook for 5 minutes and add black pepper and soy sauce.
Then add chicken breast on top of the stir fry veg and mix together then serve.
