NOT EVERYDAY Oxtail and dem tings deya, Sometimes you just need a warm comforting spag Bol, everyones got their version of this dish,  it’s quick, easy and you know we gotta add that extra FLAVA to it!

INGREDIENTS

Spaghetti 500g
Olive oil
1 large onion diced
4 garlic cloves diced
500g beef mince
1 tsp salt
1tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp jerk paste
400g chopped tomato tin
400g plum tomato tin
beef stock & 100ml water
1 heaped tablespoon tomato paste
2 tsbp jerk bbq sauce
2 bay leaves
parmesan cheese
optional garlic bread

METHOD

In a large pan, add oil, once hot, add onions and garlic and sautee for 4 minutes on a medium heat. Add the beef mince and break it up, add salt, black pepper, all purpose seasoning and jerk paste, and cook til it turns brown.

Once browned, add chopped & plum tomato, jerk bbq sauce, beef stock and water, tomato paste and combine all together. Let it simmer for 40 minutes.

Serve with spaghetti, parmesan cheese, parsley and optional garlic bread.
