Ingredients:
- 2 ripe plantains
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method:
- Score and peel the plantain.
- Slice diagonally.
- Toss with olive oil.
- Place in air fryer (don’t overcrowd).
- Cook at 180°C for 12 minutes.
- Flip halfway and lightly spray with oil.
