Christmas roast for £8.25! With the cost of living crisis going on, we’ve made an super- affordable meal for you to enjoy this Christmas.

  • 4 large Carrots
  • 4 large parsnips
  • Salt 
  • Black pepper 
  • All purpose seasoning 
  • Honey / Syrup
  • 12-16 Brussel sprouts 
  • Medium Whole Chicken
  • 1 Block baking butter 
  • 4 Baking potatoes cut into large cubes
  • 170g Stuffing mix
  • 85g Gravy granules 
  • 2 tbsp. Flour
  • 300ml water
  • Chicken dripping 

Chop carrots and parsnips add to a mixing bowl then Season with salt , pepper , all purpose and honey 

Season Brussels with Season with salt , pepper , all purpose and honey Toss veggies and set aside.

Melt butter then add salt , pepper and all purpose whisk it and massage it onto the chicken and set aside 

Then add veggies to a baking  tray then place chicken on top and add more seasoning and Cook in the over for one hour, until golden brown 

Wash and peel potatoes, Cut into halves and part boil ,Drain Add melted butter and season to taste with salt and pepper Then add to baking try and cook for 30-40 minutes until golden.

Add stuffing mix to a bowl then add boiling water , mix then leave to cool for 5 minutes and shape into small balls Then cook in the oven until golden brown.

In a medium size saucepan Add butter and melt. Then add flour and whisk then add chicken drippings from the chicken in the oven , then gravy granules and water and whisk till smooth.
