Salmon in a classic Caribbean brown stew sauce, unbelievable flavours! You’ll love it!

600g Boneless salmon fillet(Cut in 4 quarters)
1tsp sea salt
1tsp. black pepper
1tsp dried thyme
1tsp browning or soy sauce
1tsp garlic powder
1 tsp all purpose
1/2 tsp sugar
1 medium onion sliced
4 garlic cloves chopped
2 spring onions sliced
1 red, yellow, green bell peppers strips
2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
250ml vegetable stock
Splash of browning

1.Cut your salmon into 3 or 4 equals pieces.

2.Season salmon with all seasonings and add browning then mix together and rest for 10 minutes in fridge.

3.Pan fry your salmon in vegetable oil on a medium heat for 5 minutes or until cooked then remove.

4.In the same pan add onions, garlic, spring onions, bell peppers, fresh thyme and cook down until transparent, add stock and browning then mix until thick. Add salmon then serve.
