- 1 kilo Curry goat (with bone)
- 1 Tsp. Sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp. Curry powder blend
- 1 tsp ground pimento
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 spring onion chopped
- 4 garlic cloves chopped
- 1 scotch bonnet chopped
- 4-6 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2-3 tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 250ml water
- 1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
- 200g white potatoes peeled chopped 2 inch
Firstly season curry goat with salt, black pepper. 2 tbsp. Curry powder, fresh ginger onions, spring onions, garlic, scotch bonnet, fresh thyme mix and marinate di ting!
In a large pot add some vegetable oil in on a high heat then add curry goat and brown for around 10 mins.
Add 250ml water mix and cook di ting for 30 mins. Add some all purpose seasoning for maximum FLAVA. Then add your potatoes and cook for 1 hour until meat is tender making sure you stir occasionally.
