2.5 lb Grace pre-cooked Christmas ham
250ml water
1 large orange sliced
1 tsp. grated ginger
10-12 cloves
340g Dunns river Guava Jam
4 tbsp.Jerk BBQ sauce
435g pineapple rings in juice
1 tsp salt
1tsp black pepper
6 galric cloves
4-6 sprigs fresh thyme
Spring onions
200g glazed cherries

In a saucepan add some water, orange slices ginger, cloves, guava jam jerk bbq sauce , juice of pineapple rings salt and pepper then bring to a boil and simmer until thick. Sieve into a mixing jug.

diagonally score the ham like a criss cross, then insert cloves inside the ham. Place ham
On a baking tray with garlic, spring onions, fresh thyme Pour guava glaze on top of ham, then place on baking tray for 40 mins on 180 degrees.

Take out ham then decorate with glazed cherries and pineapple rings with a toothpick. Then place back in the over for 10 mins.
