1 tbsp sea salt

1 tbsp black pepper

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp dried thyme

4–6 sprigs of fresh thyme (leaves only)

1 tbsp chilli flakes

1 tbsp allspice

6–8 pimento seeds (lightly crushed)
Method

Add all the ingredients into a bowl.
