  • 115g unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 paprika
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. parsley diced
  • squeeze of lemon
  • 2 large frozen lobster tails (Defrosted)
  • 1 tbsp. All purpose seasoning
  • 2lb stewing steak or any steak of your choice
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • all purpose seasoning
  • dried thyme
  • pimento
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper julienee
  • 1/2 green bell pepper Julienne
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper Julienne
  • 1/4 scotch bonnet sliced
  • 500ml water
  • 2 tbsp. gravy granules
  • 1 tsp. cornflour
  • Serve with plantain mash and veg

Use a frying pan on a medium heat, then add some butter and melt. Once melted season with salt, pepper, paprika, and minced garlic, parsley, and lemon then cook down for 5 mins

Wash lobster with lemon and vinegar then cut down the middle of the shell pullof the meat and sit on top of the shell. Season with all purpose seasoning. Then brush on Garlic butter, cook for 15 minutes in 180 degrees oven

You’ll need any steak of your choice. 2lbs and slice into 2-inch strips. Then place in a mixing bowl. Season with browning, salt, black pepper, all purpose seasoning, dried thyme, ground pimento, mix together and marinate. Then in a frying pan add your oil on a medium heat, add onions spring onions, red bell peppers, scotch bonnet green bell peppers and yellow and cook down until soft for 5 minutes. Then pour into a separate bowl.

Using the same pan add the peppered steak then brown for 10 mins. Add some water, gravy granules, corn flour and cook down for 30 mins. (see description of steak for how long) then add veggies stir and simmer for 5 mins. Then plate up.
