A Sweet & Spicy rum flavoured ribs packed filled with FLAVA! Perfect recipe for a get-together with family and friends.

  • 1 Scotch bonnet
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 knobs ginger
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. browning
  • 25ml Dark rum
  • 1tsp. mixed spice
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 25ml vinegar
  • 1 large rack of ribs
  • Jerk bbq sauce for brushing
  • Handful of Green and red chillies to garnish

Add the above ingredients to your blender and pulse for 20 seconds a corse marinade

Marinate all over your ribs with a brush then wrap with foil (For maximum FLAVA leave in fridge overnight)

Cook in oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour. until falling of di bone! Brush with Jerk BBQ sauce then garnish with chillies!

FLAVA TIP- Save marinade for another dish, perfect with all meats and veggies.
