This is one of those comfort foods that was something different to Caribbean food. Mum used to make it every Tuesday evening and it was something we always look forward to.

500g Beef mince
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
2 spring onions diced
2 garlic cloves diced
1 carrot diced
150g chestnut mushroom diced
1/2 red & green bell peppers diced
2 tbsp. tomato purée
250ml vegetable stock
Grated cheese of your choice
Fresh parsley.

Add in your mince beef and season with salt pepper, thyme, paprika, spring onions, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, bell peppers, tomato purée, stock of your choice, stir di ting and add in cooked spaghetti, cheese of your choice, then stir in incorporating all them flavas. Top with some parsley and more cheese. Give it a twist and Henjoyyyy.
