Steak strips in a cheesy garlic butter sauce, Sandwiched in-between two Grilled Hard-dough bread subs!

INGREDIENTS
2lb frying steak
1 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp. Coarse black pepper
1 tsp ground pimento
1 tsp. All purpose seasoning
1 large tomato
1 red bell pepper
1 scotch bonnet
2 garlic cloves diced
1 tbsp. Fresh parsley
1 tbsp. Butter
Pinch of salt and pepper
1 tbsp. Mayo
150ml water
1 medium onion strips
1 red, green bell pepper strips
150g grated cheddar cheese
1/2 Hardough bread sliced lengthwise x4

METHOD

1.Slice your steak into strips then add to a bowl, then season with salt, black pepper, pimento, dried thyme and all purpose then mix together and rest.

2.To make your sauce, use a blender and add tomatoes, bell peppers, scotch bonnet, garlic, parsley, butter, salt, pepper, mayo and water then blend until smooth.

3.In a frying pan add 1 tbsp oil. Then add onions, bell peppers then caramelised.

4.Then remove and add steak and cook until browned then add the sauce stir and cook for 10 minutes. Then stir in the cheese.

5.Add veggies back in then stir well and simmer for a few minutes.

6..Slice your hardough bread then grill on a pan for a few minutes until toasted. Add mayo followed by steak and top of hardough bread. Enjoy.
