Let’s start by making the dumplings.  Add self-raising flour and butter to a mixing bowl then break butter into flour with hands. Add salt, then water then mix to form a dough then knead until smooth and shape a large round ball, then rest for 10 minutes.
Now tear of a piece of the dough then shape into a 2–3-inch ball shape with a dimple in the middle.
Shallow fry in oil until golden brown.

For the sausages, season with jerk seasoning then cook in an Air fryer.

For the Ackee and Saltfish boiled your salted cod in a saucepan for 20 minutes changing the water 3 times (every 6 minutes) then boiling again to remove excess salt. Drain water then break into pieces.

In a frying cook down your veggies until soft then add the saltfish then mix well. Season with all-purpose then add drained ackee then gently fold into the saltfish mix. Seasoned with a touch of black pepper.

For seasoned beans melt down some butter in a frying pan then cook down your veggies until translucent. Add in your baked beans then season with to taste with garlic powder and all-purpose. Then add Jerk BBQ sauce stir well then set aside.

Slice your hardough bread and toast for a few minutes then spread with butter.
