This Chilli Garlic Lamb chops is so so Good! Paired with a creamy cauliflower mash for a lighter flava!

We’ve been incorporating a healthier lifestyle and enjoying it. This Chilli Garlic lamb chops & Cauliflower mash is the perfect balance of protein, fats ad healthy carbs. Food is so important in the way it makes you feel So I had to make changes . Changes to make me Feel good about myself.

  • 900g Lamb Chops 
  • 1 tsp seal salt
  • 1 tsp coarse black pepper 
  • 1 tbsp. Black pepper 
  • 2 tbsp. Garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp. Chilli flakes 
  • 1 tsp. Jerk marinade 
  • 4 tbsp. Full fat yogurt 
  • 2 tbsp. Honey 
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil 
  • 1 whole red chilli pepper 
  • 3 Garlic cloves 
  • 50ml Jerk bbq sauce 
  • 1 tbsp. sriracha sauce
  • 150ml water
  • Cauliflower mash 
  • 1 large Cauliflower 
  • 65g Unsalted butter 
  • 5 Garlic cloves diced 
  • 1 tsp. Fresh parsley diced 
  • 1tbsp. Sour cream 
  • 1/4 tsp. Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Coarse black pepper 
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • Sprinkle of parmesan cheese 
  • 1 tsp. Dried parsley 
  1. Add lamb chops to a large bowl, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, chilli flakes,
     Jerk marinade, Yogurt and honey and massage well then marinade for a few hours in the fridge.
  2. Use a large pan with olive oil on a medium to high heat then carefully add lamb chops and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through, Add fresh a fresh chilli and garlic cloves to the oil.  Place on a baking tray with baking paper and Rest in the oven on a low heat.
  3. In the same pan, remove half of the excess oil, but keep the chilli and garlic in. Add yogurt, garlic powder, Chilli flakes honey, Jerk BBQ Sirarcha sauce, a like water and whisk until smooth for 3-4 minutes. Sieve the sauce into a bowl for a delicious smooth sauce.
  4. For the mash, break of the florets from the cauliflower, then add to boiling salted water and cook until soft then drain the water off.
  5. Add Cauliflower to a blender and rest. In the mean time use a small pan with on a medium heat and melt down some butter add garlic and parsley
  6. Then caramelise and cook down. Add this mixture to the blender with the florets and blend for 10 seconds.
  7. Add cauliflower mash to a bowl then add sour cream, and seasonings then fold and mix together for a smooth finish.
  8. Plate up your dish by adding Mash first, followed by Lamb chops and sauce and garnish with chillies and parsley.
