Guava Salmon Traybake
Sweet sliced guava salmon tray bake, healthy and light with incredible flavours. If your looking for a Delicious Keto recipe for family and friends this is it!
- 600g Salmon fillet
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 courgette sliced
- 2 corn on the cobs sliced
- 4 medium tomatoes quartered
- 1 red chilli sliced
- 1 green chilli sliced
- 1 tbsp. Olive oil
- 200g Guava jelly
- 250ml fish stock
- 1 tbsp. All purpose
- 1 tbsp. Honey.
Diagonally score your salmon, then season with salt, pepper and paprika.
In a baking tray add all your veggies then cover with salt pepper and olive oil, add salmon on top then bake for 30 mins 160 degrees.
In a medium saucepan add guava and stock stir well then bring to a boil, add all purpose honey and stir then simmer until thick.
Pour sauce all over salmon and enjoy!
