Lemon pepper & Honey Salmon w/ Pomegranate salad. Salad series EP.1 Bringing you feel good FLAVA light recipes to get you ready for summer 💪🏾

  • 4 skinless salmon fillets. 
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil 
  • 1 tsp sea salt 
  • 1 tsp. Lemon pepper seasoning 
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic powder 
  • 1 tbsp. All purpose 
  • 1 tbsp. Chilli powder 
  • 1 tbsp. Honey 


  • 1/2 cucumber 
  • 1 red onion sliced 
  • 8 cherry tomatoes halved 
  • 150g Rocket leaves 
  • 100g pomegranate seeds


  • 2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 50ml Lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes 
  • 1 tsp. Dried parsley 
  • 1 tsp. Lemon pepper 
  1. Cut up Salmon into bite sized pieces then add olive oil and massage. Season with seasonings above then place in air fryer for 15-20 mins at 200 degrees. 
  2. For the salad add cucumber, red onion and tomatoes to rocket leaves with some olive oil then mix together with hands.
  3. To make the dressing add olive oil, lemon juice, honey, chilli flakes, dried parsley and lemon pepper seasoning to a small bowl and mix together. 
  4. Plate up your salad on a bowl, then add salmon on top and drizzle dressing over salmon and salad then enjoy!
