Pepper steak burrito bowl – low carb huge FLAVAS, that feel good food! we’re talking , steamed cabbage, Cous cous, black beans, air fryer plantain juicy pepper steak and avocado
- 500G Frying steak cut in strips
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. all purpose
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp. browning.
- 2 tbsp. avocado oil or olive oil
- 1/2 red bell pepper strips
- 1/4 scotch bonnet
- 1 large onion strips
- 1/3 white cabbage shredded
- 2 carrots strips
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup sweetcorn
- 1 ripe plantain
- 1 tbsp. sour cream
- Cut your steak into strips then add to a bowl and season with salt, pepper, all purpose, garlic, paprika and browning then mix together.
- In a frying pan add olive oil and bring to a high heat and cook the steak until browned then remove.
- In the same pan cook down onions, bell peppers and scotch bonnet until caramelised, then add steak back in to the pan and cook through.
- Add butter to your pan then when butter is melted add, cabbage, carrots, scotch bonnet and sweetcorn then cook down until soft and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut up some ripe plantain, add to your air fryer with some healthy oil and cook for 5 minutes then flip over and cook again.
